Pastor Bell and Mrs. Samantha Bell have been in ministry almost 20 years. They both attended Heartland Baptist Bible College. Pastor Bell graduated in 2002, and started his ministry in Sterling, Colorado where he was the youth director. Mrs. Samantha graduated from college in May of 2003. Following her graduation, Pastor Bell and Mrs. Samantha were married.

They served at Calvary Baptist Church of Sterling, Colorado until  2007. In the fall of 2007, they moved to Jerome, Idaho to become the associate Pastor of Jerome Bible Baptist Church. They served there until the Fall of 2011. In 2011, Pastor Bell and Mrs. Samantha moved to Cuba, Missouri to pastor Bible Baptist Church. Their family served the church in Missouri until 2020.

In the Fall of 2020, they moved here to Idaho Falls to serve as Pastor of Gethsemane Baptist Church. They have four children, Allison, Kylee, Levi, Ethan.
